Leadership is one of the three pillars of the NRHH Student Chapter. Leadership involves guiding the organization to fulfill its mission and goals, and encouraging the growth and development of all members of the organization, regardless of position.

The primary source of leadership for NRHH members is our Executive Board, which is elected annually by the General Assembly of members. NRHH Executive Board members are expected to uphold the three pillars of our organization and show exemplary dedication to the Residence Life Community, while maintaining requirements for service and recognition.
